Worst Dealership ever. Would give 0 stars but the app wont allow it. Bought an 18 Explorer, battery kept dying, the wouldn't cover it under the the 90 day warranty nor the Would give 0 stars but the app wont allow it. Bought an 18 Explorer, battery kept dying, the wouldn't cover it under the the 90 day warranty nor the extended warranty they offered and I had purchases. I replaced the battery myself but it still kept dying. I brought it back and showed them the new battery. They kept the vehicle for almost a full week. Told me they replaced alternator. Then tried to charge me 300 in diagnostic fees for the week. My extended warranty had a 100 deductible, i had to fight to only pay that. When I finally drove the Explorer home, the infotainment system didn't work and there was a loud rattling coming from where the alternator is. I drove to a Toyota dealership and traded that xxx in same day. More

I would like to commend Sales Associate Juan Carlos Bautista-Rodriguez on a purchase made of my used Kia K5 at the dealership on 2-10-24. The purchase with his excellent service and guidance went seamlessly. We never even visited the dealership until the day of pick up as Juan did a video walk around for us, provided Carfax and all pertinent information prior. That is how comfortable and confident I was with his assistance. For a young guy, he is well versed in the entire process and went way above and beyond throughout and even after we took delivery. Always responsive to any text no matter how trivial and initiated his own when the registration came in. Even picked up the Vin check at my home due to the out of state purchase, to expedite the process. Juan is a great salesperson but more importantly a good person. That is truly what counts. I would like Empire Ford to know what a great asset he is to their team and their success. Thank you again Juan. Purchased used vehicle. Promised touch up paint at sale which had to be ordered due to car having several chips in paint.
