A Friendly Passionate Experience! After visiting three of Empire's competitive dealers and without them showing any serious interest in trying to initiate a sale I felt I was not going After visiting three of Empire's competitive dealers and without them showing any serious interest in trying to initiate a sale I felt I was not going to purchase a new truck under decent terms. I decided to visit Empire Ford. and my whole experience changed. Initially I met with Tom Biffle and then Kevin Bancroft and immediately I felt they were more interested in providing me with a vehicle I truly wanted and being within my means. After surveying their inventory and others in their network, Kevin brought a specific vehicle to my attention that he had previously ordered and was coming in within a few days.
