Disappointed Paid $7,000. Over sticker because that is the price I’m told. Website shows car at $16,000.00 and I paid $29,600.00. Pressured into financing to get Paid $7,000. Offered $500.00 for my car. When I told them to remove it from the contract (I would rather donate it), I was offered $3000.00. No cooling off period when I slept on it and realized how ripped off I felt. Entering week 3, waiting for a correct registration. The original had wrong info on it. I was told not a big deal. Still waiting. Yes I realize I did sign but the selling tactics were unexceptionable. The salesman was not the problem. His boss was. More

Bait and switch can’t get the truck they sold out of service Asked me to sign all the paperwork before I was able to test drive the truck. Drove a long way! I drove from Connecticut to Empire Ford because Crystal the internet manager helped me find the vehicle I wanted for a great price! I was greeted right away by Kori and Aaron who took care of me right away. Both amazing guys by the way! At first there were some issues with the pricing, but Paul McCarthy was there to help and he went above and beyond to accommodate me and I totally appreciate everything that the staff did for me the day I purchased my beautiful Ford Explorer Sport!!! Thank you all it was definitely worth the 2 hour drive!!! More
