Great Experience My visit was for The Works. Jason (I think that was his name - my appt was Friday 2/1 at 12:30 and he was the young man at the counter) at the Servic My visit was for The Works. Jason (I think that was his name - my appt was Friday 2/1 at 12:30 and he was the young man at the counter) at the Service Counter was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The time I waited was as expected. The waiting area is comfortable (and they have M&Ms!!). When my car was done he went down the check list and explained everything. I decided to visit Empire Ford. and my whole experience changed. Initially I met with Tom Biffle and then Kevin Bancroft and immediately I felt they were more interested in providing me with a vehicle I truly wanted and being within my means. After surveying their inventory and others in their network, Kevin brought a specific vehicle to my attention that he had previously ordered and was coming in within a few days.
