I decided to visit Empire Ford. and my whole experience changed. Initially I met with Tom Biffle and then Kevin Bancroft and immediately I felt they were more interested in providing me with a vehicle I truly wanted and being within my means. After surveying their inventory and others in their network, Kevin brought a specific vehicle to my attention that he had previously ordered and was coming in within a few days. Well that vehicle now resides in my driveway and I could not be more pleased.I could go on and on about the positive experience with Empire and their employees but I'll just try to summarize it this way....Friendly, Passionate to the Customer and a desire to make you feel like one of the Family" THANKS EMPIRE More

Disappointed Paid $7,000. Over sticker because that is the price I’m told. Website shows car at $16,000.00 and I paid $29,600.00. Pressured into financing to get Paid $7,000. Offered $500.00 for my car. When I told them to remove it from the contract (I would rather donate it), I was offered $3000.00. No cooling off period when I slept on it and realized how ripped off I felt. Entering week 3, waiting for a correct registration. The original had wrong info on it. I was told not a big deal. Still waiting. Yes I realize I did sign but the selling tactics were unexceptionable. The salesman was not the problem. His boss was. More
