Sales never call you back.. or does manager Went into the new Bedford dealership and spoke to salesman Dave Shea and manager Paul. I inquired about a vehicle which I was told was in another lo Went into the new Bedford dealership and spoke to salesman Dave Shea and manager Paul. I inquired about a vehicle which I was told was in another location. Dave and paul said dave would get the vehicle and call me back in an hour. 24 hours later still had not heard so called back and tried to speak with both with no luck. So next day called and spoke to Paul and was told he would find out himself what was going on and would call me right back..again another 24 hours later. Haven't heard from either..if this dealership cant call you back for a sale of a car..what makes you think they will call when thier is an issue with a car you buy there..stay away!!! More

Great Experience My visit was for The Works. Jason (I think that was his name - my appt was Friday 2/1 at 12:30 and he was the young man at the counter) at the Servic My visit was for The Works. Jason (I think that was his name - my appt was Friday 2/1 at 12:30 and he was the young man at the counter) at the Service Counter was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The time I waited was as expected. The waiting area is comfortable (and they have M&Ms!!). When my car was done he went down the check list and explained everything.
