Jason (I think that was his name - my appt was Friday 2/1 at 12:30 and he was the young man at the counter) at the Service Counter was extremely friendly and knowledgable. The time I waited was as expected. The waiting area is comfortable (and they have M&Ms!!). When my car was done he went down the check list and explained everything. I always leave Empire feeling like a valued customer. We will all continue to have our new Fords from Empire serviced at Empire More
