Fast and friendly service realized I was over the mileage for an oil change. I stopped into Empire and Deb took the necessary info. And directed me to the waiting area. I struck up a quick conversation with another customer, and hadn’t even finished and the oil change was done. I was back on the road in under a half hour and so glad that I was able to get my vehicle serviced so quickly that I didn’t lose any time from my work day. Major kudos to Deb in service for stellar customer service and amazingly fast turnaround time! More

Rep was VERY helpful and went outside the box to help me!!! Debbie and Adam searched for a warranty that I had on my car that another dealership told me that I did not have, they saved me over $2,000!!!!
