2011 Edge Not sure if it was the technicians or just the car itself but after loosing my brakes every 6-8 weeks starting in Oct 2018 until present (I just trade Not sure if it was the technicians or just the car itself but after loosing my brakes every 6-8 weeks starting in Oct 2018 until present (I just traded the car in.)Did not feel safe in vehicle or that I was getting expert service. Pleasant enough and lots of explanations but I just don’t know. Started a case file with corporate. Brake booster was first then master cylinder with lines being bleed in between and finally a second master cylinder. Hope Ford figures this problem out for the rest of the Edge owners out there. More
Good people, fast service, fast communications. Car had to be towed I got a call right away from service dept. , explained problem. Told me right away what he thought it was and he was right on. Price was fair, service was fast. I have to say again the personal is great to work with. If Mike was the only one I dealt with, I would have walked out quickly. But thanks to the management team, Paul, Tyler and Rick, I didn't. I would like to say they are the ones who sold me my vehicle. I can, and have, recommended Empire Ford to others, thanks to Paul, Tyler and Rick. Disorganized deceitful First the vehicle I went to test drive wasn't there. They didn't let me know until I got there. Then they had me test drive a similar vehicle that was First the vehicle I went to test drive wasn't there. They didn't let me know until I got there. Then they had me test drive a similar vehicle that was poor condition. As we were driving out the lot the salesman told me the transmission slips. I told him why am I test driving this vehicle then and I told him I wasn't interested and immediately went back to the lot. Then they told me the vehicle I came to see a cust took home overnight and hadn't decided yet. I put a downpayment on that vehicle. They called me the next day said the vehicle was available. I went back the following day.I test drove the vehicle . It was as advertised excellent condition.. we settled on a price I was told the monthly payment we agreed and the last minute the monthly payment was $70 more. After arguing we settled on approx 1/2. It took a week for them to process the paperwork and was told that it was registered and the check engine and tire pressure light was all set. I got to the dealer the vehicle was not ready waited over an hour . The following day the tire light back on and a week later check engine light back on. I called service dept they had no record of any repairs done to the vehicle. It looks like they just aired up the tire and cleared the check engine light with out fixing it. I brought the truck back for the repair left it couple days. The check engine light fixed. The tire pressure light was on when I picked the vehicle up. I drove directly to a tire shop they repaired the leak more problem since More

I inquired about a vehicle which I was told was in another location. Dave and paul said dave would get the vehicle and call me back in an hour. 24 hours later still had not heard so called back and tried to speak with both with no luck. So next day called and spoke to Paul and was told he would find out himself what was going on and would call me right back..again another 24 hours later. Haven't heard from either..if this dealership cant call you back for a sale of a car..what makes you think they will call when thier is an issue with a car you buy there..stay away!!! More
