Download at the Ford pass it was a start my vehicle and stop it as well as lock and unlock the doors. Also can I get to my Google able to hands-free phone calls and it goes right to my map when I put in an address. those combination work very well together with this vehicle. Thank you empire Ford, a my salesperson Berkeley lined me up with a beautiful vehicle. Barclay real good guy down to earth. Advertised car was not available My husband found a car he was interested online last night and called this morning to see whether it is still available. He was told it was but there My husband found a car he was interested online last night and called this morning to see whether it is still available. He was told it was but there were a few people interested, so he dropped everything to go there (at least half an hour away) to check it out. They even sent him an e-mail saying they are looking forward to his visit. When he got there, it turned out that the car had been sold last night!! Essentially he drove all the way there for nothing. They offered to look around for a similar car but after this experience he told them no thanks. There was not even an offer at least for reimbursement for gas. He is furious because he is a busy person and he had to forgo our regular skyping with our son and his wife. Somebody dropped the ball and we wonder whether there were other people who were told the same thing and went there only to find out that the car had been sold the night before. More

Poor service department Brought in a 2018 F-350 to service check engine light. Service department was to order part and get back to me. Took approximately five weeks and multiple phone calls to the service department before truck was serviced. Service department had multiple reasons why they couldn't get part. Only dealer or mechanic I've dealt with who couldn't get a part in a couple of days. More

Works oil change I came in to get a works oil change. It took forever I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and it was not done until almost 11:30 am. Then we I get there th I came in to get a works oil change. It took forever I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and it was not done until almost 11:30 am. Then we I get there they tell me they didn’t rotate my tires because the lug nuts were swollen which is a common problem with the factory lug nuts. Now being a ford dealership and this is a common problem why didn’t you rotate my tires and instead told me to order after market lug nuts. This makes no sense to me. More
