Advertised car was not available My husband found a car he was interested online last night and called this morning to see whether it is still available. He was told it was but there My husband found a car he was interested online last night and called this morning to see whether it is still available. He was told it was but there were a few people interested, so he dropped everything to go there (at least half an hour away) to check it out. They even sent him an e-mail saying they are looking forward to his visit. When he got there, it turned out that the car had been sold last night!! Essentially he drove all the way there for nothing. They offered to look around for a similar car but after this experience he told them no thanks. There was not even an offer at least for reimbursement for gas. He is furious because he is a busy person and he had to forgo our regular skyping with our son and his wife. Somebody dropped the ball and we wonder whether there were other people who were told the same thing and went there only to find out that the car had been sold the night before. More

Works oil change I came in to get a works oil change. It took forever I dropped off my car at 9:30 am and it was not done until almost 11:30 am. Then we I get there they tell me they didn’t rotate my tires because the lug nuts were swollen which is a common problem with the factory lug nuts. Now being a ford dealership and this is a common problem why didn’t you rotate my tires and instead told me to order after market lug nuts. This makes no sense to me. More
