Dear Huntpj, I apologize for the miscommunication. Yes, we do have a Works special for $29.95 which includes an oil change, tire rotation and 21-point inspection. The coupon clearly states that this includes up to 5 quarts of Motorcraft oil. An F-150 uses between 7-8 quarts, therefore the cost for your Works service would have included an additional charge for more oil. I apologize that this was not conveyed to you. You still got a great deal at the price of $38 since our normal Works price is $49.95 for 5 quarts.
