Had gotten a call from Jennifer? Re: the $29 works deal. Made an appointment for same. At the dealership I told the service manager re: the deal & I signed the service request form. When I was advised that my F150 was all set, I then learned that the bill was $48 and change. I told the cashier that I was getting the $29 works deals and why was the bill for $48+? She asked if I had a coupon and I explained it was a phone call & I also had the reminder and description on my phone. She then checked with someone in the service dept. and came back and adjusted the bill to $38+ stating, “I guess your vehicle needed an additional amount of oil.” I paid the bill for that amount but I feel Ford’s description of the $29 works deal is somewhat deceptive.
