I looked at a used truck and decided to purchase it. Looked it over for previous damages before leaving. Came back to pick it up and found that the side towing mirror was smashed. The dealership wanted ME to pay to have it repaired when they CLEARLY damaged it while backing it into A parking spot. The truck next to it had damage on the opposite mirror from my mirror hitting it. When I argued with them, they said they will order a new mirror and put it in for me before I take it off the lot. When I returned, it was the same mirror(with a big hole in the plastic). They only replaced the side Marker light on the mirror that was smashed. Very frustrating..... More

My driver side mirror needed to be replaced. The parts department ordered the incorrect parts. After paying over $1,200 for my mirror at my first appointment. The service department were supposed to call department ordered the incorrect parts. After paying over $1,200 for my mirror at my first appointment. The service department were supposed to call me when the missing part came in but I didn’t hear from them for weeks. I continued to call and was just transferred from department to department because there were no notes on my situation. There was no communication! I felt like they were trying to brush their error under the rug hoping that I would go away. I finally called the Empire office in Fall River, they were much more helpful. I had to attend a second appointment since the part that the part department missed was essential for the mirror to work electronically. I was told by Jennifer that since it was an error on Empire’s end, I would not have to pay including not paying for labor. After work when I went to pick up my car, I was charged an additional $500. Jennifer denied her statement and we went back and forth for about 10 minutes. Luckily after talking to the manager he help me out. I left in tears. The repair quote was only around $800, but I nearly paid double. The worst experience of my life. Since then I’ve recommend everyone to run as far as the can from Empire in New Bedford. I would never go there again. More
