Your coupons on your website are very misleading. Had a break job done, when I presented the rep. with coupon he said it didn't apply to my car. You should put on coupon witch cars it applies to. Bought the vehicle in end of November. They lied the Bought the vehicle in end of November. They lied the whole time. Something as simple as code to enter keyless entry was supposed to be included. But it was late so they said come back tomorrow, we will give you the code . Next day ,they said I had to pay for the code. I refused since they said and even tried getting the code the night before.. They wouldn't budge till I posted negative review . Then suddenly they wanted to give me the code .But the thing is and remember this part, 1 of their salesmen owned or used the vehicle before me and knew the code. He could have simply given me the code that night. Yes he was there as all he did was tell me how great the vehicle was for him. Fast forward to now. Start of summer ... remember I bought it last winter so I finally need the A/C . They said they would give me a full warranty because I wouldn't leave without it. The reason I went was the check engine light was on. I go to service . Tell them the A/C also isn't working and wouldnt know since bought in winter, turned it on and it was already cold outside. Ironically the part for the visit AND the A/C part weren't covered. My feeling was, the guy who had it before me (employee) knew about A/C and could have had it fixed. But he knew by the time customer needed A/C it would be sale made and screw him. My mother in law bought a car from there, a couple other relatives, some co workers,a neighbor . After they all heard the deceitful business practices , they promised to never go there again. Oh and BTW warranty demanded I go to who sold me the vehicle or I wouldn't have gone there for diagnosis. I also had to pay for a diagnosis on a car I bought from them 7 months ago and less than 3,000 miles driven. But once they said warranty they promised would cover everything except damage i might have created, I paid for diagnosis of $250. And took it to another service center and was more than happy to pay them $850 to repair what I shouldn't have had to pay for. NEVER AGAiN NEVER More

They are all amazing. From Brenda who has answered the phone everytime I called to Leon (I think I have his name wrong) who has called me back every time he said he would, they have made the whole process phone everytime I called to Leon (I think I have his name wrong) who has called me back every time he said he would, they have made the whole process easy and worry free for me. My car broke down when I was with my two year old son and I had to have it towed. I bought my car from them awhile back. I didn’t know where else to go so I went here and so glad I did. I always had a bad taste in my mouth from dealing with dealerships for their services but they have been nothing but amazing and I will continue to go to them whenever my car needs help. I cannot thank you all enough for making that scary day so much easier for me!! More

I am completely satisfied with the job Empire Service Dept provided for my truck. It was very costly but "My Toy" runs & sounds like it did when I first bought her. I am a bit disappointed that I no long Dept provided for my truck. It was very costly but "My Toy" runs & sounds like it did when I first bought her. I am a bit disappointed that I no longer get a senior discount as Ashley Ford always gave me one for always bringing my vehicle to be serviced by the Ford dealership.
