I will never recommend Empire to anyone. They wasted my mother’s time, the salesman was rude and ended up having a confrontation in the lot. My mother found a new ford ranger she liked. She spoke to Nick and made an appointment to meet with him. We understand that the deal couldn’t be made over the phone because they would need to value the trade. Upon arriving to the dealership we were turned over to Roberto with the explanation that Nick only does internet sales. empire does not record any info as we had to start the deal over again. Roberto was straight up rude to my mother. She was told she had bad credit and that they wouldn’t give her enough to pay off her trade. We weren’t able to see the truck that she wanted as it was somewhere else. They took my moms keys for the trade with in 10 minutes of the start of the deal. Roberto tried sticking my mother in a base model ranger. He was telling her that that there was no reason to look at the truck she wanted and she couldn’t afford it. She didn’t want the truck and he kept pushing it. I did not like how she was being treated so I decided to end the deal. Roberto squared off with Me in the parking lot. He got in my face (during Covid19) and asked me if I was a bank. I demanded the they give the keys back to mothers car. He tried stalling. I demanded the keys from the manager at the desk who informed me he didn’t have them. The manager who’s name I did not get told my mother the complete opposite of Roberto to save the deal. We instead decided to cut our loses and go elsewhere. We went to another ford dealer and my mother bought a 2020 Ford ranger Xlt with additional features not on the one at empire. They gave her enough for her trade to pay it off. They treated her with respect saved the day. More
Hands down the beat dealership i have dealt with. I recently had been promoted at work and was shopping for a newer vehicle that was more reliable. But the previous dealerships i had gone to werent abl recently had been promoted at work and was shopping for a newer vehicle that was more reliable. But the previous dealerships i had gone to werent able to help me. Empire Ford was able to get me approved for a low interest rate and really help me get out of a bad situation with the vehicle. Josue the salesman who assisted me was extremely friendly and polite. He helped work through the whole process and really understood the situation i was in. Overall i am pleased with my experience and will most likely be coming back in the future as well as letting my friends and family know about them. More

I'm not at all satisfied with the vehicle I was put in. It has caused more stress on me. Regret purchase but I guess I have to deal with it. Wasted an afternoon. Online site said in big bold numbers $26,777. When I arrive I am told “I want to be 100% transparent so that price is really after a trade-in or 3K down”. I am sorry but WHAT??? Furthermore I asked, “it is CPO, yes?” Nope. That is $1500 out of pocket. But I clicked on CPO on line. “We offer that at a cost to you, the customer’. Then he says what if I can get the CPO taken care of? One minute it’s 1500. I just hated the entire experience. Deceptive tactics. It really is the Jerry Springer of dealerships. John was nice to me; It’s not his fault upper management plays deceptive games to get you through the door. I felt bad for John and miss Ashely Ford. More
