Dear mtruman, Just to clarify, it is our policy that we do not take deposits to HOLD a vehicle without first coming to an agreed upon price. Apparently you had offered $500 over the on-line price but in the interim the GM had set an appointment up with a customer who ended up purchasing the vehicle.
