#EmpireFord of #NewBedford #massachusetts Sold me a new car in 2015. The car had a faulty transmission clutch module and was recalled after me driving a short 3,000 long miles. Fixed twice by Ford and two car in 2015. The car had a faulty transmission clutch module and was recalled after me driving a short 3,000 long miles. Fixed twice by Ford and two days of work missed sitting in a shop waiting. Yep it broke a third time but this time they stated they could not obtain the part, exact words “truthfully your part is stuck on a shipping container in the middle of the ocean and it could take up to a year to get and fix it. I asked for a rental and was given the run around “there is a rental/car shortage “ oh and this excuse is the best …. “Ford only allows rentals to be Fords” 🤣 After four months of borrowing my brothers jeep and numerous annoying calls to David Pacheco at Empire Ford along with threats to call the local news station and protest outside his shop he FINALLY came up with a rental from #Hertz (not a Ford). Two months ago $738.00 deducted from my checking account from Hertz. Called them and they stated Ford was refusing to pay for any rentals and they were now taking the funds from the consumer. Called Ford and David stated “well Hertz over charged us and we are not paying more then we agreed to pay per day”. Not my problem David BUT he still refused to help. Today $2023.00 being deducted from my checking account for the remainder of the money owed to Hertz rent a car. Called Ford corporate and they stated each place is privately owned and they would open a case up. Sorry this post is so long but if you are considering buying a Ford I would reconsider because costumer service is bottom of the barrel. Be smart buy a CHEVY More

I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. I inquired about a 2020 Ford F250 they have listed for 75K. I made an offer for 71K. I also had an awesome one of a kind 2016 Tahoe Z71 I was willing I inquired about a 2020 Ford F250 they have listed for 75K. I made an offer for 71K. I also had an awesome one of a kind 2016 Tahoe Z71 I was willing to trade. The Far book value at that time for the F250 was around 66K-72K. I received a text with a proposal of my trade for around 24k which was fine with me because the condition of my vehicle is in exceptional condition. they changed the price of the F250 from 75.5k to, $76.9K which was ridiculous and outrageous. I told them no, and I get the bull crap line of " In today's economy, dealers' price there vehicle over and not under" {That was the text I received} Then I received another proposal for 75k. NOPE!!... After that I didn't hear back. I was willing to go up. I even tried to speak to 3 different salespeople through text or email but, when they found out it was me, all communications stopped. The last salesperson I spoke with through the phone and text was really nice and even though this dealership was being a xxxxxx, the salesperson I was talking to was awesome. everything was going well; I was sending him a lot of pictures of my truck and was about to offer 72.5K for it. After most of the day has past, I didn't get a response, so I texted back and the person I was speaking to told me, " The manager Tyler told him that I originally offered 71K and from that point, there isn't much more for us to discuss" They think the Truck will sale for 75K LOL Guess what, they had the truck listed for 75.5k and then dropped it down to 75k and now for $74,750. in a few days to a week, the price will drop another $1,000 and so on. I'm really glad I didn't guy this truck. after doing research, I found out that this truck was at another ford dealership 1hr away and it sat on their lot that they had to end up taking it to auction and that's how this crappy ford dealership ended up with it. so, thank you to the xxxxxx bag manager who wants to be greedy and over charge on use vehicles. I hope yall have to send it back to auction and lose thousands more on it, on top of paying auction fees. BTY I just bought a 2021 F250 diesel with way less miles. Thank you for being worthless. More
