Had an 8:15 appointment for an oil change. I called at 12:30 and they said they were short techs. That my car still wasn’t in the shop. The customer service is terrible as well as the service department. I bought used 2022 truck, it came with a quarter tank of gas and was not professionally cleaned as promised. They installed a plow improp department. I bought used 2022 truck, it came with a quarter tank of gas and was not professionally cleaned as promised. They installed a plow improperly, and then the salesman was not available to deal with the problem. The salesman also left us waiting for him outside in the cold when we picked up vehicle. He didnt go over anything and if he had, the problem with the plow would have been found before we made it home. The general manager Kevin Bancroft then made it worse with his condescending attitude. It took another week to fix problem and when we came in for it, the Minuteman plow took another 45 minutes to put on because the technician didn't know what he was doing. After asking the manager what was taking so long, he said we needed to wait or go check yourself--instead of offering to check on it. When we did go around back, the young technician had a jack completely stuck in the plow! My husband was furious and nothing happened until he started a scene in the showroom. Once the truck was done, the manager ended with, "Hope we don't get much snow" which seems to be a slap in the face for someone who makes their money based on snow. Why would a manager not apologize for a bad salesman and service?! Wouldn't he want to retain our business? We bought 4 trucks from this guy in the last 10 years and he treated us like chumps. I texted manager with my disappointment and he wanted to focus on my husband swearing at him rather than the terrible service we received. Definitely not going back there and plan on spreading the word. More
