Just because your staff has been trained does not mean they are incapable of making a mistake. It is astonishing that the service manager would automatically rule out the possibility of a misdiagnosis when they 1) weren't present for the original diagnosis, and 2) didn't bother to look at the vehicle at the time of the complaint to see the plainly-visible source of the leak. But, then again, it's not surprising you blindly make decisions, since you routinely state on documents that service was checked by the Manager when you admit that you were on vacation and were not present to check anything. We look forward to more of your dismissive replies, so we can share them for others to see how shady your shop is.

Dear Tyler Torres, I am aware that ”the market fluctuates”. If I were buying oil futures or gold, I would understand the price fluctuation. The new vehicle on your lot were purchased from Ford Motor Company at a set price with Fords MSRP attached. New vehicles are not a commodity on the stock market. If you don’t understand the logic, I feel the public and FMC should be given the facts and they can decide. It should also be made known that the window sticker that was on your website showed the MSRP. My son and I were shown the vehicle, closely examined it and encouraged to test drive it. On the test drive the sales representative pointed out all of the features of the vehicle and how nice and quiet it was. We returned to the dealership and began talking about the price. My son and I drove drove in from another state. We spent hours at the dealership and we were approached by Bryce who showed us a dealer fabricated form with the price $5,000 higher than the sticker. I asked him where this form came from and his reply was that he made it. Mr. Torres, you may not see this practice as deceitful, but I do! And the public and FMC may or may not agree with me, but enticing customers in and wasting hours of their time before informing them that the vehicle that was advertised with the MSRP has a $5,000 markup!!! Mr. Torres, As you may or not be aware, Ford Motor Company has issued letters to ALL of their dealerships in the country, DISCOURAGING these deceptive antics which exploit the customers!! I’m not sure what types of dealerships be you refer too, but there are MANY dealerships that don’t use these tactics. Does your supply and demand practice spill over into your service department?? I won’t be finding out. I’ll be getting service from a local dealer that doesn't operate in this fashion. I encourage readers of this page, to give thought to what has been said and make a careful, educated decision before buying a new vehicle.

Dear David, We have no record of a customer by the name David McCauley, but we did find another customer in our database who had similar comments. Therefore, if you are referring to the new Bronco Raptor pricing, you will find other dealers pricing their vehicles over MSRP as well because it is a specialty vehicle with a very limited supply of inventory. These are not deceitful tactics. We price our vehicles based on the market conditions as well as the supply and demand of each vehicle, just as other dealers do.

No, I was making the purchase with my son Ryan McCauley. It was a Ford Maverick and AFTER we looked at the truck and tested how it felt the salesman put on dealer plates to take for a test drive. An hour later we sat down to discuss the price. After some “back and forth”, he was hinting that his supervisor was not going to accept an offer less than the MSPR. He came back with a made up form with the addition of $5,000 over MSRP!!!! I told him we were not paying over MSRP. He left again and came back with “Bryce”. After much back and forth with Bryce he said he had to call his boss (Rick Torres) at home because he was instructed to call before selling this truck. After wasting over 3 hours, I stood up to leave knowing how we were being scammed. Unfortunately, my son was talked into their reasoning why the truck was over MSRP, showing us his invoice from ford saying they don’t make any money on this truck without a markup! Against my advice, Ryan bought the truck for more than $1,500 over MSRP!! If we were told of this Ludacris sales practice of this dealership before we drove there or even when we arrived there, we would have left before the bait and hook was done to my son!! In answer to your response: Ryan McCauley bought a 2023 Ford Maverick (that was on the lot), at the Fall River site on Friday July 22, 2023. If you still cannot find a record of this I will gladly provide you with the vin numbers and photos of the truck in your dealership lot.
