By far the worst experience I've had buying a car. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my registration to get a sticker, I'm constantly chancing these people around. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE A CAR FROM EMPIRE FORD!!!! More

Nov 14: I worked with a 19 year old member of a liquidation team from North Carolina contracted with the dealership named Dillon to trade-in my vehicle. Dillon was helpful. I really only worked with Dillon for the deal. Nov 15: I emailed required paperwork to finance department for registration. Nov 19: I received response from finance that all I need to do is insure the vehicle and come in and sign off on a duplicate title (out of state title transfer). I contact my insurance agency and I'm all set. I respond to finance by email saying my insurance agency is waiting for the dealership to contact them as the dealer is part of the DRIVE program. Nov 20: I come in and sign a form and am told "okay it'll just be a few days." All has been okay up to this point. I know registration can be tedious with an out of state transfer. That's all understandable. November 23: I called the dealership to ask for an update and am told "The finance manager is in his office now and he's not with a customer. He will be able to call you in about 15 minutes." I received no call back. November 27: I called the dealership to ask for an update. I spoke with Kevin the sales manager who said there's no notes in my file other than "processing" and that someone should be calling me after Thanksgiving. Kevin was understanding that all I wanted was an update/communication. December 2: I call the dealership again and am connected to a sales person who then transferred me to finance with no answer. I call back again, frustrated, and was graciously told "I'm going to put you on hold and physically find a person to talk to you" (thank you, whoever you are). She finds me the finance manager who tells me "all we are waiting on is for you to insure the vehicle so we can register it." I insured the vehicle 13 days prior and notified them of such and that my insurer is waiting on their end. "Oh we will contact them right away then and when I have plates in my hand, you can come pick it up." What happened the last two weeks? I did my due diligence. The dealership did not do theirs. Dec 4th: I call to seek information. I speak Tyler who said that all I need to do is come with the new title and that they will get it registered today. At this point, I'm afraid to ask how long this has been available for me to sign. So, I drove in and signed it. December 4th, at 3:11pm I'm asked to review the dealershipship by text message. ALMOST 3 WEEKS IN AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE POSESSION OF THE VEHICLE I WILL BE MAKING A FIRST PAYMENT ON. I'm grateful for Dillon from North Carolina who worked with me but he doesn't even work with your dealership. If I ever wanted to purchase a vehicle here again, he's not going to be there. I don't know who my sales person is despite how many times they ask me when I call. I worked with Dillon. He went into an office to talk to the salesman and came back to talk to me. Then back to the office, then back out to me. Then someone from the dealership comes out with an offer letter. I assume that's who my salesman was. I'm grateful for the ladies who answer the phone. I was the frustrated customer that they had to speak with and they were all gracious and understanding. All I wanted was clear communication. It didn't matter how long the deal took, I just wanted someone to tell me what was happening. It's been 20 days since I walked into the dealership and signed a deal. More
