WARNING TO EVERYONE WATCH OUT. I bought a vehicle that was advertised as no accidents or damage reported after purchasing carfax found out that vehicle had been in 2 accidents dea I bought a vehicle that was advertised as no accidents or damage reported after purchasing carfax found out that vehicle had been in 2 accidents dealership claims they do not have to inform customers of minor accidents even though if is considered an accident on the report so now I’m going to have trouble ever selling it. They refuse to buy the truck back from us. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS they also sold a car that was rolled over and claimed it has never been in an accident. More

After an unpleasant situation where my 87 yr old dad went into the New Bedford Ford dealership after receiving a "guarantee to win something" mailing from them-He won some ear buds. After that it was a nightmare for us as his children trying to fix the things he had signed up for! It was Robert Bernier, the Finance Manager at the Fall River Dealership who really helped us out by just taking sometime to reach out to someone that he new at Santander Bank to find out WHERE the title to my Dad's new vehicle was. My sister and I had already dealt with a lot at the NB dealership to no avail-not very helpful!! I had called Santander bank several times and spent hours on the phone and got nowhere. I went to the registry with the lien paperwork they gave me after he paid it off and it wasn't the correct paperwork I needed to get a replacement title-seeing as where they said they had already sent it to my dad. I actually went to a Santander branch in desparation hoping they could escalate the problem and I could get some answers. Robert Bernier went out of his way to get this taken care of-made a call to help find the title- My Dad finally received his and title. It's hard when you have an elderly parent-they get nervous, don't always understand what's on, get confused. It just took a little help from someone who had compassion and a great work ethic to fix this issue for us. My siblings appreciate what he did. I would do the same. I am in heathcare and ALWAYS go above and beyond to do the BEST for my patients-even if it's a little extra work-especially the elderly!!! More

Worst run business ever. They steal from you lie to u and don't care about you at all. Stay as far away as possible. A week later and I just got an email from dealerrater asking me to change my review because Empire Ford had asked them to because they have resolved the issue. If robbing your customer then laughing in their face and kidnapping their vehicle is resolved then sure. Also when they did a $200 test I didn't ask for they broke my ac or my digital thermostat. I'll have my heat on and then all of a sudden the ac will kick on and go to negative 25- negative 50 degrees. Hacks and liars, clear liars as they tried saying they fixed their lies. It's not just this one time either, every time I went their for 3 years it was absolute ridiculous. They just can't run a buisness, I said I would never go back but a recall forced me to. And when they did my free recall they did some bogus diagnostic test that cost over $200. Then stole my vehicle until I paid them for bogus service Noone asked for More

I love owning a Ford. My wife and I both own fords. It was time for me to upgrade my Truck to something newer and more reliable. I left the dealership with the car and was told the registration would come in the mail. When it did not show I called and was told to give it a few more days. It was just by chance I discovered that t registration would come in the mail. When it did not show I called and was told to give it a few more days. It was just by chance I discovered that the car was never registered because they did not have me sign all of the paperwork. After I refused to drive the unregistered car back to Fall River I had to borrow a car to get there to sign the papers. Then I had to drive back down again to get the sticker. Each time I spoke to the dealership I was passed to a new person with new excuses before it finally got straightened out. 30 days out and the registration and title is not here yet although to state computer says that the car is registered. I am not looking forward to warranty issues. The finance guy almost killed the deal with his high pressure attempts to sell the extended warranty. More
