My sales person, Ryan, was great but…..the Sales manager Brian was less than customer service friendly! In these times of COVID and shortages we all understand that there will be mark ups and paying over Brian was less than customer service friendly! The real problem is that they won’t disclose it unless asked. SHADY! They told me what the sticker price was, then after more negotiations the offer made did not match the numbers, it didn’t make sense. So I asked what was the final number they were going off of….then they disclosed the $10,000 over. SHAMEFUL. THIS DEALERSHIP IS DISHONEST. More
