terrible communication Very unprofessional service. You call make an appointment and when you get there they say they don't know what the appointment is for. Meanwhile they Very unprofessional service. You call make an appointment and when you get there they say they don't know what the appointment is for. Meanwhile they ordered a part and called you. They promise the vehicle will be ready today because the part is in. They don't call you to let you know if your car is ready or not for pick up. They say they will call you around a certain time and never call. I have to call them and see if car is ready for pick up. I call and there closed so i have no idea whats happening with the vehicle. Hard to plan the next day as far as picking up vehicle getting to work and etc. Not first time this has happened at this dealership. Very frustrating because its close to my home. Maybe there is another dealership not to far away. More

Great Experience After visiting 5 dealerships, Chevy was a breath of fresh air. The sales person we worked with, David did not pressure us at all. On the test drive he After visiting 5 dealerships, Chevy was a breath of fresh air. The sales person we worked with, David did not pressure us at all. On the test drive he walked us through all the specs and safety features of the car which was extremely helpful. When it came down to negotiating, there was very little back and forth.
