We showed up to purchase a car and didn’t even need to test drive it, but they botched every step of the experience. It’s been over a week since we purchased the car, and I’ve called every day, they JUST NOW sent the information to the registry since we live in another state and they wouldn’t let us take the car home that day. The salesman tried to charge us $2k over the price the car was listed at on their website. Another salesman came in while we were with the finance manager and interrupted us to complain to him about another coworker. This place is a joke More
