THE ABSOLUTE WORST The worst of the worst ... honestly saying its just BAD would be an understatement... I own six Chevrolet gmc vehicles two of which were purchased just this year a 2016 sierra denali and the newest member a 2017 Yukon Denali which was bought out right ..... considering I just purchased two cars here I figured okay service will be great they know me we have established a rapport. I couldn't be more wrong ... I want to return these cars ... I have always had Mercedes and should have stuck with them because there service is fantastic ... here's what happened to me .... brought my sierra Denali pick up in because water was leaking inside cab, we smelled antifreeze, and the passenger rear shock was blown ... no we have operated a successful aaa station of our own for 35 years so we know a blown shock when we see one... brought into dealer they fixed seal around antenna for water leak apparently couldn't find any antifreeze leaking oh and I'm crazy cause the shock is fine according to josh the service manager who I cannot believe is still employed.... wasn't going to argue the point ill change it myself ... go pick up truck truck has damage on the driver side door .... truck was dropped off and every mark was noted by service advisor ,,, the truck is in mint condition so my husband noticed the marks on the door right away... the service manager told my husband don't get angry were very sorry I will call you Monday to schedule repair for the door ... Monday came and went JOSH is obviously too busy for customer I called twice no john no return phone call called jerry cox the manager who said he would talk to josh ... get a call Wednesday that I need to again come to the dealer to show josh the damage .. WHERE THE xxxx WAS JOSH ON FRIDAY WHEN I PICKED THE CAR UP .. COMPLETE xx.. brought the truck he comes outside with a smirk and says oh we allegedly did this ... I mean just rude and overall gross behavior .... tells me when do you want to come in Tuesday 7:30 am great see you then get an email verifying apt I did so .. my husband goes there this morning service advisor fills out all paperwork and is about to put my husband in a loaner when JOSH comes out and says no paint guy doesn't come in until Thursday you cant have a loaner until then ... then he told my husband I made a mistake and the apt wasn't for today when I have proof .... MY HUSBAND WAS LATE TO WORK AND WE HAVE MADE YET A THIRD TRIP TO THE DEALER FOR NO REASON .. I HATE THIS PLACE ... NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS NOT EVEN TO GMC HEADQUARTERS WHERE I FILED A COMPLAINT ... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE AND DEFINATELY DONT SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE More

They were rude (actually, nasty) and unaccommodating, despite it being their error. They begrudgingly took the car, refused to look at a few other small issues and took double the time I was promised when I made the appointment. Horrific, nasty and to be avoided at all costs. More
They take the pain out of car buying Ricardo and the team at White Plains Buick GMC made getting into a new car easy and painless. My wife and I were coming out of our GMC Acadia lease a Ricardo and the team at White Plains Buick GMC made getting into a new car easy and painless. My wife and I were coming out of our GMC Acadia lease a few months early and Ricardo took the time to explain every option we had and was able to meet our needs in vehicle choice, options, and price. Like most people, I find the car buying process a real hassle but that certainly wasn't the case at White Plains Buick GMC. The people that work there really care, they stick to their word, and they make sure you walk out a happy customer. Thank you for getting me and my family into a beautiful new Buick Enclave. More
over priced and harrassment I took my car in for rear brakes , oil change, cabin filter and the service light was on.. after all the work was done it was over $1,000 even though I took my car in for rear brakes , oil change, cabin filter and the service light was on.. after all the work was done it was over $1,000 even though the service light was on only because I was very low on oil. When I went to pick up the car they couldn't give it to me right away because I had a dead battery...I was told that somebody had left the door open.. ? Was it open all day?. After a jump start, as I was driving home, I checked my oil gauge and they had never reset it... so it read that I had 0% oil life remaining (right after an oil change).... whatever. ... The next day I received an email follow-up survey from GMC which I answered honestly about my experience. I thought nothing more about it. Today I got a call from one of their customer service guys..who was basically upset with me because I dared to leave a negative review about my experience. When I restated that I thought the price was expensive, I was told that "no it wasn't expensive at all"....(okay whatever you say guy)... I then replied... "I guess my battery really wasn't dead either?" To that ..he then insisted that I bring the car in so they can check my battery out for me. When I told him I didn't want to.. he actually became aggravated... I guess because I wasnt going to do exactly what he was telling me to.. Why would I want to miss more time from work?.. so they can possibly screw something else up or probably try to sell me something else? I certainly was not happy with the price and the dead battery etc.. but I wasn't annoyed enough to take the time to write a negative review until I received this ridiculous phone call from the "customer service" guy. The guy acted more like a salesman who was going to get a commission if I brought my car back in to the dealership and had any service done, or receive a bonus if I retracted my survey review. My advice is to go someplace else or at least don't be foolish enough to honestly answer their online survey.... you might be harassed afterwards like I was... More

Decided to go with them. Shea Lopez, the salesman, was amazing. In addition, they helped us find a solution on our lease turn-in that avoided us having to pay any over mileage fees, new tires, or disposition fee - rather than turn the lease back to US Bank, we actually purchased it outright (through the dealer, using a 3rd party lender) and then immediately traded it in - saving us $2,000 because the trade-in value was so strong, as oppose to what we would have paid in mileage fees, etc. It was awesome. The Enclave is amazing, it's black metallic with chocolate/cappuccino colored interior. Feels much more luxurious than the Acadia did even with the Denali package (even though they're basically the same exact truck). Our salesman, Shea Lopez, and the manager, Jerry Cox, were more than helpful through the whole process. From the moment we walked in with two sort-of loud toddlers, they made us feel right at home and even played around with the kids. It was great. Fast forward 5 months later ... my leased Cadillac SRX was coming due. GM was offering early pull-ahead, so I immediately thought to go straight to Shea again. This time, I ended up leasing a beautiful 2015 GMC Sierra pickup, fully loaded, 22" wheels leather navigation heated seats bedliner and all, at a ridiculously low price. Yes, I did shop around - made a few calls and received much higher quotes. Another seamless auto buying experience, they had the truck detailed and ready within a day or so. Shea Lopez is highly recommended. I've already given his name to a bunch of friends. Give him a shout, you won't be disappointed. More

The goal was to find the safest 3 row vehicle which also provided comfort, style and some driving satisfaction. I test drove an Audi Q7, Infiniti QX60, Acura MDX, Volvo XC-90, Honda Pilot, Ford Explorer, the Toyota Highlander and the Enclave. My favorite car to drive of all those was without a doubt the xc-90...it handles nicely and you're connected to the road. But my wife likes to ride higher, and the xc-90 isn't so roomy so that was out. The Audi Q7 seduced us with the Panoramic Moon Roof which is unreal, but so is the price point - goodbye Audi. The Explorer was the "Borer" to drive and ride in, plus the dealership I went to in NJ played too many old school games of back & forth with the manager for my taste and made me wait way too long. No Ford. The Honda Pilot is bigger than the Explorer & somehow more enjoyable inside, but it's also a little more bare bones (the leather doesn't seem like real leather, it's not as comfortable & not as much tech as the Buick/Acura/Infiniti) & a similar dealer experience to Ford so it too was eliminated. As far as dealer experiences go, we had a good experience with Toyota in Manhattan & Wappinger Fallls & the Acura Dealer in Woodside was fantastic. The Toyota fell out because the syn-tech leather felt cheap, plus the Highlander was our previous car - we wanted something new. For us, it came down to the Acura, Infiniti & Buick. The Acura is an awesome car, but the suspension is so sensitive and floaty, it actually made my wife nauseous. The Infiniti is almost on par with the Acura, not quite as sweet to drive (it didn't make me nauseous), but it's a little roomier, though a bit more expensive. I didn't find the Infiniti Dealer in Manhattan (which is closing) as easy to work with as Acura in Woodside Queens- (Infiniti is slightly more expensive than the Buick & Acura) so...we had targeted the Infiniti and went to White Plains, a place called Pepe Infiniti which has a lot of inventory, where we thought we'd find a cheaper price. It just so happens that there's a Buick Pontiac dealer next door, and we traveled over there where we found Ed. Ed was a pleasure to work with, not pushy, very knowledgable and just matter of fact about the cost of the car & the discounts we could get. On the floor was a beautiful Enclave with just the right amount of tech and without the Entertainment system that we don't need or want. He could tell my wife an had an immediate thing for that Enclave, so I think we were on the hook from the get go with him, but we were able to negotiate the price of the car & increase the price of our trade in so we ended up with a great deal and felt good about the whole process. I highly recommend both this dealership and Ed specifically. Honestly, with the Infiniti, it felt like we were settling...getting an almost Acura for more money. With the Buick, it hits all of our sweet spots - safe, drives smoothly, roomy 2nd & 3rd row with cargo room & intelligent tech integration. The Buick we've had for only a week, so I can't really comment on driving it for a long period of time, but so far we love it. It's more spacious than the Acura, cheaper than the Infiniti and a very comparable driving experience to both. It's also rated the safest of any of the cars I mentioned, which was why we wanted a new car in the first place. Buick is a player. More

After some negotiating, we received a fair amount for our trade-in, and were able to negotiate a fair price for our new vehicle. When I arrived two days later to pick the car up, Willie had everything in order. No hidden fees, double-talk, or other tactics. The vehicle received a lenghty pre-delivery inspection and detailing. I checked the invoice and it seems that this isn't something that is hidden in the bill; GMC White Plains ensures customer satisfaction. We traveled about an hour and a half from Long Island to purchase this vehicle, so we were hoping that we wouldn't be "taken for a ride" and end up empty-handed. I can't say enough about this dealership. The process was smooth and I was very satisfied. Thank you for a great car and a great experience! More
The first thing I did was asked them to confirm the specific car I wanted was available. They checked the system and confirmed. I jumped in my car and drove over an hour each way to see the car. When specific car I wanted was available. They checked the system and confirmed. I jumped in my car and drove over an hour each way to see the car. When I got there they told me it sold the day before. This is the very definition of sleazy sales tactics to get boots through the door. Do you need to know anything else about this dealership? Do yourself a favor and steer clear. More
