First time at White Plains dealer for service and I was extremely satisfied when I left. Easily made a service appointment the night before via website and was at the dealership for less than 2 hrs while I extremely satisfied when I left. I recently purchased at sierra 2500 from Ryan Nimmo from Empire GMC it was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. Ryan an his General manager are super nice guys who carry themselves super professional. Ive purchased many vehicles over the years an they are by far the most straight forward and knowledgeable salesman i have met, an the finance manager was amazing as well, super professional with an amazing personality.
