When I arrived two days later to pick the car up, Willie had everything in order. No hidden fees, double-talk, or other tactics. The vehicle received a lenghty pre-delivery inspection and detailing. I checked the invoice and it seems that this isn't something that is hidden in the bill; GMC White Plains ensures customer satisfaction. We traveled about an hour and a half from Long Island to purchase this vehicle, so we were hoping that we wouldn't be "taken for a ride" and end up empty-handed. We searched for over a month , visited many dealers , varying brands, and felt that White Plains Buick and Ed Herman were the most " real " dealership.
