I'm a 64 year old woman, I shopped without my husband, I knew what I wanted and they took me seriuosly. They were kind and respectful, they were NEVER condescending, like the "other dealership" in Saco, Ma knew what I wanted and they took me seriuosly. They were kind and respectful, they were NEVER condescending, like the "other dealership" in Saco, Maine, which is closer to where I live. Bruce Cox was my salesman, he was awesome. I will recommend Emerson to everyone! It really makes a huge difference where you buy! I love my 4 runner, Thank you Bruce for a wonderful car buying experience! It's worth the drive to Auburn! More
I am 72 years old and have bought a few vehicles in my lifetime. This by far with Emerson has been the best experience I have ever had. Josh is an excellent salesman. He listens to what you want in a vehi lifetime. This by far with Emerson has been the best experience I have ever had. Josh is an excellent salesman. He listens to what you want in a vehicle and then he finds it for you. It doesn’t matter how long it takes to find it, I can’t say enough about the dealership I had to drive an hour and a half to pick up my vehicle but it was well worth it because I got exactly what I wanted for the exact price I wanted Emerson dealership does not play games they deal straight and they don’t bait and switch you I love their honesty I would buy or send friends to buy their vehicles to Emerson any day of the week again Emerson this is where I’m buying my next vehicle for sure. Thank you so much Emerson. More
The service department is very helpful and knowledgable about their job. My new car sale person, Dan Gurney was excellent to work with. No pressure sale. Thank you! about their job. My new car sale person, Dan Gurney was excellent to work with. No pressure sale. Thank you! More
We got approved to buy a truck through our bank, then was told there was no Tacomas anywhere in New England so I put a deposit on one that was gonna arrive just under 2 months later but 2 days later not only told there was no Tacomas anywhere in New England so I put a deposit on one that was gonna arrive just under 2 months later but 2 days later not only did I find one but I got a better trim package for a better price and they wouldn’t give me my deposit back after lying to me. I will be taking my new Tacoma somewhere else to be serviced in the future even though it’s in the town I live in. More
I had a very frustrating experience with their service department. They were courteous but unprepared, uniformed, and unhelpful. Three weeks ago I made an appointment for my 3 year old Highlander, which i department. They were courteous but unprepared, uniformed, and unhelpful. Three weeks ago I made an appointment for my 3 year old Highlander, which is still under warranty. The rear seatbelt buckle is jammed and needed to be replaced to pass inspection. I explicitly told the service rep the problem, and that it would need to be replaced (seat belt buckles don't get repaired) and asked if they had the part. They said they'd order it if it need replacement. I **reiterated it would need to be replaced**. Flash forward: I get there, I wait two hours, they determine it needs to be replaced, but don't have the part, they have to order it, and they cannot find me an appointment for three more weeks. If my time isn't valuable, then I won't be returning. More
