Went to the dealership with specific price, mileage, year in mind and was pleased when they pulled up what I wanted almost immediately! No pressure on purchase and they were kind enough to wait for my wife to show up later in the day before we finalized the deal. Car was cleaned up nicely before leaving lot. Only thing of note was that the gas tank was not full as we had discussed and the tires were not detailed as I asked before leaving. Otherwise great place and I would recommend them for future purchases. More

Very frustrating This establishment has been bad for years. First off I bought a 2014 explorer and thought I got a pretty good deal. When I went to trade it in a month ago I found out that they signed me up for some type of plan that was going to increase my monthly payment 50 dollars. When I called them on it they said those people didnt work here anymore. Next issue, trying to get the remaining amount from my service contract and gap insurance from this car. Talked to finance manager Steve. First he told me to come back in an hour because he was dealing with a customer buying a car. Came back completed the paperwork. Now I'm trying to get the status of my refund. It's been about a month now. Left about 6 messages and no return call from Steve roti. I did get the voicemail of joe once. He called me back and said someone would call me the next day. That was about 2 weeks ago, no response. Don't do business with the place, it will save you time and money. More

Sells cars with no titles!!! We bought a car from this dealer and got no title! We called muliple times and emails with no response or a we will call you back. The claimed title was lost and they were working on it. Meanwhile we had a car we couldn't drive that we were paying for. They told us just drive it, if you get pulled over tell them the situation and you will be fine. Really? No title, I couldn't register it I. My state and got nothing but headache. This is he short version of this story. Do not do business with this dealer! Also after I was leaving my reviews I found out this has happened to not only me! More

BAD TITLES!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! We purchased a 2013 Corolla from Roesch Ford in Bensenville, Illinois on July 18th, 2016. We were assured that we would receive all necessary paperwor We purchased a 2013 Corolla from Roesch Ford in Bensenville, Illinois on July 18th, 2016. We were assured that we would receive all necessary paperwork for registering the car and getting plates before 30 days. We did not. After hounding them, they sent us out another 35 day tag out for us very reluctantly. Shortly after that we received the paperwork but it was terribly wrong. The odometer reading on the title and the odometer statement did not match and were grossly off. So we sent all the paperwork back to Roesch Ford. Needless to say today when I called to check on the paperwork ( 9 1/2 weeks from the purchase ) they had no idea when the correct papers would come. "Could be a week or a month or longer." is the response. The state of Illinois had to back check and see were the problem of the odometer reading is. So another question, which is the correct reading? What exactly did we buy? Needless to say we now have a car that sits in the driveway unable to be used ( we were not offered another 30 day tag and frankly not very sure the second one was legal ). Their response was " not our problem ". We have asked many times over the last two plus months to return the vehicle since they cannot provide clear and clean title. Their response is either the management ignores your calls completely or " not our problem" Their own contract and the law states if the purchased vehicle cannot be titled/registered within 30 days the vehicle is able to be returned. Not a company I would recommend to anyone go to for anything. When we said we would just drop the vehicle off they throated to report the vehicle abandoned. They are definitely not one we would ever send anyone to. The only upside is the salesman we had. He has tried to help us through this entire mess. He has apologized multiple times. To bad the company he works for doesn't have the same respect for customers or have his ethics. We would just like to return the vehicle as allowed by law. Further action is being taken as we speak. More

I never thought I would find a dealer who could hold a candle to my previous dealer but the service department Robert Waters and Jose went above and beyond the call to get my classic 2000 Lincoln Town Car back in primo running condition .At a stop light on a local highway a few days later I accelerated in a brisk fashion and it moved like one of my 5.0 Mustangs, I laughed out loud. Thanks guys for putting fun back in my ride! More
