After being quoted an amazing low rate at a local dealership and being told that there was no way any other dealership could touch, I found out why he said it was for 60 months and turned out to be 72 months only after I had called them back that they finally said oh yes sorry. I then received a call from Eddie at Roesch Ford and he made me an offer that was very close to what I was told by the liars. He then made the offer even better after he found out that I lived 30 minutes away. I arrived at the dealership was greeted by Ron and Eddie and was quoted exactly what I was Promised. I saved almost $1000.00 dollars on the deal, no bait and switch after three wasted days and phone calls later finally found exactly what I wanted and was very Happy with new car .Eddie and Ron work great tighter with you and the finance man Joe was informative but not pushy. Brought my vehicle in for an antifreeze or transmission leak Inspected my explorer and showed the leaks and rusted lines and connections to me. Mechanic indicated a new radiator might be necessary. Received two quotes, one without the cost of the radiator,, and the other included the radiator. Naturally both quotes included parts , labor and fluid replacement. Since my vehicle is a 2008 , parts had to ordered and my vehicle wouldn’t be completely repaired until Monday. I was offered a loaner. My vehicle was repaired and I was able to pick it up on Monday. All indications are that it has been fixed , drives fine no indications of any leaks.The loaner made it so much easier to be without my own vehicle. More
