My car was stolen May 24. It was recovered and I brought it to Elk Grove Hyundai for repairs. Although it took a long time for it to be fixed due to insurance company screw up It was recovered and I brought it to Elk Grove Hyundai for repairs. Although it took a long time for it to be fixed due to insurance company screw ups and parts delays, once the parts came in they fixed it within two days. Reginald was my service contact and he was excellent. He kept in contact via text and answered every question I had very quickly. And I had a lot of questions, so I really appreciate his patience and understanding. More

I'm a 70 year old woman buying my first SUV. I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than I had at Elk Grove Hyundai. Not knowing what was available Brian & Oscar were patient I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience than I had at Elk Grove Hyundai. Not knowing what was available Brian & Oscar were patient while helping me to get the best possible deal. Never pushy. I now own a 2023 Hyundai Tucson. It's everything I wanted.
