The staff from top to bottom was great to work with. Five stars it was a great experience.
The dealership was much more user friendly than the previous Hyundai dealership where I began my quest for a new car and where they performed a " bait and switch" for more money!
Elk Grove Hyundai has consistently provided me with good service for my EV. Edgar was my support person for this service and kept me regularly updated on the status of my repair. I can’t imagine going to a different Hyundai Dealership for service.
The first time I brought our car in waited 2 hrs then told me they didnt have part! Almost took to another dealer but you called said you had the part so took it back in they did have part and waited again and got car back. If you do have more recalls make sure you have parts after we have made an appointment. But you do have a nice waiting room!
It is clean and inviting. Everyone seems very nice and helpful when coming in to the office.
Not only did I buy my car there, I keep it serviced there because they do great work, and on time
