At first the atmosphere seemed very warm and welcoming. I worked one on one with Josiah while the sales manager Robert ran the numbers. He said that my last loan would be and I quote "absorbed" but in reality they moved my previous loan onto my new one. Which is fine if he was honest about it and let me know! He kept telling me I needed to put more and more money down for my monthly payments to be lower I did not realize it was because my down payment was actually going towards paying off my old loan and not my new car! This was my first time buying a car and I felt like it was a fail because I was screwed. More

Upon arriving at the service center, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff member, Asjah. She took her time to address all of my questions with patience and honesty. And also, she didn't make me feel pressured to perform unnecessary maintenance or repairs, which is why I believe Asjah stands out from the crowded for her integrity and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
