Dominic squeezed me in without an appointment after my Ioniq 5 battery wouldn’t start my car. The team there did a diagnosis and replaced it under warranty. I was so happy they could fit me in. If you have a 2011-2022 hyundai or Kia, do not waste your time getting the "free security update upgrade". It's a sham, scam, fugazi, serves no purpose but to appear as if the consumer matters. We had it ins time getting the "free security update upgrade". It's a sham, scam, fugazi, serves no purpose but to appear as if the consumer matters. We had it installed by service here. Was told our car cant be stolen. Our car was stolen again. After towing it to the service dept after the 2nd theft, since they "hadn't seen this happen", the service Mgr Jerry reported to us that the upgrade they installed was working. That it does not in any way, guarantee your car wont be stolen. SMH. Then passed the buck to Hyundai of America, corporate office who then passed the buck to the pending class action lawsuit, rendering us carless. And that, is why you shouldn't waste your time. Sell or surrender the car for peace of mind or end up having it stolen again like ours. Shame on you all. More
