I was able to get approved for a loan without ever stepping foot in the dealership. Once I was approved, I came in and looked at the vehicle. They had already pulled the color I wanted and had it ready so I could take a test drive. My salesperson was the nicest guy I have ever met, and was very friendly. He answered every question I had, and offered to show me the lower priced base model if I wanted. He never tried to upsell me a more expensive model, and was very professional. The finance department was also great. I went in, and he already had all of the paperwork ready to sign. He mentioned the extended warranty, but did not try to influence me to purchase it. He did not try to add accessories or extras like every other dealer I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I have ever enjoyed purchasing a new vehicle, and if I am ever in the marker for another, I will definitely be back to Sacramento Hyundai. More
