My salesperson, Tessa, was wonderful, as was her co-worker. Brian from finance, however, not so much. He became visibly and verbally upset when I declined the extended warranty. Before that he w co-worker. Brian from finance, however, not so much. He became visibly and verbally upset when I declined the extended warranty. Before that he was personable, funny and friendly. I've declined extended warranties a few times in my life, at least once at Elk Grove Hyundai, and was never treated or spoke to like that. Actually thought about walking out, but didn't want to hurt everyone else who had invested so much in this process. My best to Tessa, she made this an enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend her. More
