In September of 2022, I called into this dealership to reserve a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. I was told that in order to reserve that car I would need to put down a “non-refundable” $3500 deposit to hold t reserve a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy. I was told that in order to reserve that car I would need to put down a “non-refundable” $3500 deposit to hold to car, which after speaking with other dealerships I found out is illegal to require. At the time I called and spoke with the dealership the car was listed with a $7500 market adjustment fee. During the 4 months it took for the car to arrive, the $7500 market adjustment fee had been removed from the website and had been replaced as a “protection plan” that was listed at $1989. So I reached out to Cedric Gordan, one of the Sales Managers, and if the $7500 fee had been removed and if so what would I be paying now. In which he responded that the $1989 is all that I would be paying. After 4 months I finally got the call that the car had arrived to the dealership. Once we got there Jared the salesman took us on our test drive and explained all of the different items within the car. Once the test drive was completed we went in and were handed a piece of paper with the price of the car, which included a $7500 market adjustment fee and the $1989 protection plan. My wife and I informed Jared that this was not what was promised to us. At this time he went and got Joe Richardson, who was another Sales Manager at the dealership. From the beginning of our conversation he gave off a hostile and condescending attitude. I explained to him what Cedric had told us, and even sent him the emails showing this. He went back and talked to his boss and came back and basically told us that what had been told to us over a multiple month period wasn’t going to happen. I asked him for a pricing breakdown, which he said he would get and never brought over to us. At that point he never came and talked to us again, he just had the finance person Dave come over and talk with us, basically meaning any further negotiation was finished. Once the papers were signed, our salesman Jared was doing one last walk through of the car before having it detailed at which time one of the seats wouldn’t fold when using the button in the trunk. He had it send over to the service center to get worked on which took an additional 2 hours to complete AFTER we signed the papers. Once we finally got the car home I noticed a residue on the hood and trunk of the of the car. I called the dealership and spoke with another sales manager Jeff Oswald. He asked me to bring the car back in the following weekend to get the residue buffed out. Once there they determined they would need to outsource the work to a local body shop and that he would reach out to me in a few days. I was called back by the service department several days later to bring my car in to get the residue removed. I understand things happen, but from the time they called me saying the car arrived to the time my wife and I went to pick it up, they already had the car for a week. There were all of these random items could have been taken care of before we even set foot on the lot. Then once we had it, it took another 3 weeks to get everything resolved. The customer service from majority of the employees I came into contact with was non-existent. The delivery dates kept changing and I was never called to be told it changed. The only way I found out they had changed was by calling in to talk to someone myself. The sales experience with Joe came off unprofessional and rude. Dave in the finance department was great, Jeff Oswald was great making sure out car was serviced correctly, and the General Sales Manager, every time I spoke with him he was professional and courteous.I expected a better customer service experience. I understand that not much can be done at this point since the deal is already done and they have our money, but if it wasn’t for the fact that my wife and I had just welcomed our second child to our family and were in desperate need of a larger family vehicle we would have gone elsewhere. More

I had an appointment made for 7:00 a. m. but when I got there they didn't open until 8:00, I waited about 20 minutes before they started to open up the garages. They also told me the service provided would take an hour to an hour and a half but it ended up taking almost 4. The service provided at checkout was quick and the girl was nice. More
Under no circumstance do I recommend this dealership when purchasing and/or ordering a new vehicle. I ordered a 2023 Palisade for my wife in November 2022, we placed a deposit on the vehicle and we were told purchasing and/or ordering a new vehicle. I ordered a 2023 Palisade for my wife in November 2022, we placed a deposit on the vehicle and we were told that we should not expect the vehicle to arrive until June of 2023. When I ordered the vehicle I was told a “non-refundable” deposit was required, after speaking with another dealership I was informed that it is illegal in the state of California to require a non-refundable deposit on a specially ordered vehicle. The vehicle arrived early on 2/6/23, we were notified that day. Once we were notified that the vehicle came 4 months early we started the process of financing with our bank and not the dealership. The representative Joe told us immediately that our bank would deny our loan request, and that we should go through the dealership for financing instead. We informed them that we would prefer to use our bank and they started communication with them to get the auto loan. We reached out to our bank on the morning of 2/7 to provide proof of income documents for the loan application, we were told by our bank that they would review our application as soon as possible and let us know by the end of 2/7 or 2/8. The loan was not reviewed or processed by the end of 2/7 however, we received a call from Joe at the dealership letting us know that our bank denied our auto loan. We confirmed with our bank the next day, they informed us that there was NEVER a denial sent to the dealership and the auto loan was still being reviewed. Joe also informed us that if we did not have the financing sorted out as of 2/8 with our bank, three days after our vehicle arrived 4 months early, he would sell the vehicle to another customer. This vehicle had a deposit in place, was ordered by me, and was in the process of being financed on short notice. Joe lied to me stating the bank denied our request. Upon further investigation, the dealership had the vehicle we custom ordered for sale on their website for much more than what we agreed on when it was ordered. Upon picking up our vehicle, we were informed that the vehicle we custom ordered had a $2,000+ fee for low jack and a wax. When we placed the order with the dealership we specifically requested the low jack not be installed, we were told that the vehicle could not be sold without the low jack. We determined that the vehicle can be sold without the low jack and that they lied. They also ran my credit, causing my score to decrease for no reason. This place does not care if you order a vehicle or place a deposit on one, they will try to sell it right out from underneath you. Considering the short timeline we worked with and the lack of communication regarding the arrival of the vehicle you would think the issue may have been resolved. Instead, this dealership, specifically Joe, decided to lie to make more money. Joe called me late in the evening on multiple occasions, lied about loan processing, and listed our vehicle for sale while it had a valid (illegal) deposit on it. I always thought purchasing and ordering a brand-new vehicle would be an exciting process and this is the experience we got, truly despicable and disappointing. We will be moving forward with other avenues to reprimand this dealership, and Joe, for their disgusting actions. More
