I have worked with Salesman Randy for a very long time at another dealership he is the reason I went to this xxxx hole in the first place, as he has sold me 2 cars previously. The facility is new and bright and clean. I came in for a service. The equipment as you come into the service bay checks your tire pressure, your need for an alignment, and each of your tire I came in for a service. My service advisor and he was terrific! He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will request him in future when I need more service on my car. The waiting area has a special area for someone who has children with them that is very nice. They have good coffee and water and pop corn. The chairs are fabric and very nice and comfortable. There are tables, and vertical stands of electrical outlets near the chairs. There are also very nice and clean restrooms! And free wifi! Use your VPN! I highly recommend Hyundai Elk Grove! More
