The quick lane service writers have no personality. It's a chore to have to take truck in for service and deal with bad/unfriendly attitude. Most recently my truck was in for a 90k service. They had it for a week as I was out of town and have them ample time. When I arrived to pick up, the check engine light was on. Was not on when dropped off. Turns out was not an issue, a sensor didn't get connected back after the service. But is incredibly poor quality control. I just purchased a brand new for truck. I will not be using Elk Grove ford for this new vehicle. More
