The total experience at Elk Grove Ford has been very poor. Starting with the 3 times I have already come to repair my back seat, it was a concern since purchase and the 3rd visit ended with my service advisor Mike, telling me that they can’t do anything about the back bench seat which is split and one side sits 2 inches lower than the other side, also he never wrote my truck up for service on the 3rd visit and no documentation was made that I even brought my truck and they had it for 6 hours. I decided to call the general manager Cale, who recognized that we did have a concern since purchase and he asked why we were even coming to the dealership to get it fixed with them, he repeated it 4 times saying why would I come to Elk Grove Ford service. This struck me as very wrong considering I purchased my vehicle with this dealer and my truck is brand new. I have had repeated poor service interactions with the team and they completely have refused to find a fix for my back bench seat which is not sitting flesh all the way across, as 1/2 of the seat sits 2 inches lower. I am not satisfied with the way in which the entire situation has been handled by the service department and the sales team, who initially said they would have it repaired immediately. I received this email to see what can the dealership do? I just want my back bench seat to be fixed as a brand new truck should have a proper seat that is completely flesh all the way across.
