Service advisor in Quick Lane (Nikhil) was told twice to check on what I needed to do to get the latest Sync update. He didn't. Thank God when I went to pick up my car Gianna (sp) was there and got both things done for me. She provided actual customer service and was very pleasant to work with. It's hard to understand how 2 people working in the same place can perform their jobs so differently. I think Nikhil needs to go back to training and learn his job. I am pretty much disgusted with the lack of customer service provided these days. More
