But some one else settled the bill with me when service was completed,and I forgot to bring it up, and I guess no note was added to my service estimate - disappointing. I had also requested to see the old cabin filter when I arrived for service - but I forgot to ask to see it with the 2nd counter person - note should have been made when I spoke with the 1st counter guy More

Maybe it was just an off day because I haven’t had this experience in the past. But it should not take 7 hours to do an oil change tire rotation, and a few other small routine things. Also, I don’t even think they looked at the air filter in my car when I specifically told them I lived in the country and it most likely needed to be changed. It was caked full of debris. The first time I came here for service I had a pretty good experience, this time not so much. More
