I am willing to change my negative review to positive but I am really frustrated. I had 3 recalls done last week at Elk Grove Ford on my 2013 Ford Focus se and 1 was a tcm reprogram even though I never had I am really frustrated. I had 3 recalls done last week at Elk Grove Ford on my 2013 Ford Focus se and 1 was a tcm reprogram even though I never had issues with my car transmission. well, a few days later my car will not drive over 15 miles per hour as it won't shift into second gear or go into reverse. i broke down near Folsom lake Ford and they are saying I need a $3,200 clutch with fork replacement. The recalls were done at Elk Grove Ford a few days before my transmission went out. This car is how I get to work. More

Charged for the work, sent home. Problem not fixed. Returned next day, came in unannounced later to find my truck parked out back. Asked for an additional $1800. To replace a starter and battery cable, but couldn't guarantee it would fix my charging issues. Paid $410. The day before for a BCM reset, and to confirm my ignition cylinder was sticky. During my 1 st visit for the charging issue but didn't mention my battery cable or starter that day, so what got inspected...... More
I scheduled my appointment online and got email updates. I was updated several times. When I went to the service center, they told me I went to the wrong place. Nowhere in the emails did it say specifically I was updated several times. When I went to the service center, they told me I went to the wrong place. Nowhere in the emails did it say specifically where to go. Luckily they were able to complete my repair at that service center. More
