I got there 30 minutes to have my oil changed on Saturday And to my dismay, there were many cars and trucks already in line. By the time service writers got to me, I had been waiting over one hour. I was told my truck would be complete in about 3 hours I asked the service writer to please get me out between 930 and 10 as I had other obligations that morning I received a phone call about 930 indicating my truck was complete. I was very impressed with the speed in which they got it done, knowing how many other vehicles were already ahead of me. Good job team Ford! More
