Elk Grove Ford - Service Center

Poor service my 8am appointment for installing driver side shock and replace lug nuts on all four tires. The work could not be done, rescheduled for the next day. They replaced the shock but not the lugs side shock and replace lug nuts on all four tires. The work could not be done, rescheduled for the next day. They replaced the shock but not the lugs, told me to go to AutoZone because it would be cheaper and if they did the work I would have to have them replaced again anyway. I insisted they do the work ,was charged $163.12. poor service. I've never received a courtesy car wash and they don't use paper mats or seat covers to protect the car. More

After bringing in my truck for a 7:30am appointment I waited until 4:00pm for the work to be done. Once started the work was completed by 5:00pm.
