The Service Tech did not do a quality job he did not reset my oil service gauge, he got grease on my floor and seat and for some reason he turned on my wipers and there was already some tree sap on my w reset my oil service gauge, he got grease on my floor and seat and for some reason he turned on my wipers and there was already some tree sap on my windshield, and it smeared it all over my windshield making it hard to see when I left the dealership. Later that day I called back to the dealership after I noticed everything and spoke with someone on the Quicklane side and told them about everything I had noticed and was told that they would tell the people that needed to be told with no offer of any kind of compensation. In the past I had always received good workmanship from the Quicklane part of your dealership. More

Called with dead battery issue, service told me to bring it in appt will be next day first thing. Ford checked it out throughly and even did the recall issue that I was just notified the day before via mail it in appt will be next day first thing. Ford checked it out throughly and even did the recall issue that I was just notified the day before via mail. Serviced stayed in touch with me regarding updates of the service. All under warranty and they even brought my car to me. Wonderful personal service. Kudos to Elk Grove Ford. Thank you More
