The service advisor was nice enough and had decent customer service but the express oil change was horrible. The guys were playing around the front desk while customers are waiting and not being atten customer service but the express oil change was horrible. The guys were playing around the front desk while customers are waiting and not being attended to and the service representatives don't even greet the customers as they walk in or wait. An elderly woman was in front of me for at least 5-7 mins and was never greeted or even acknowledged while she stood there. We spend lots of money at dealerships and good customer service goes a long way all which lacked at my last visit. Cashiers were also rude. More
