Fair. Did not get an up date from the service department and couldn't get anyone on the phone. The dealership and the people are great for the most part. The issue I have found is when I come to pick up my truck. My paperwork says they did all of the checks of fluid and what not topped everything part. The issue I have found is when I come to pick up my truck. My paperwork says they did all of the checks of fluid and what not topped everything off when in reality that did not happen and I have to go back in and have them do what they said they already did. That is a bit frustrating and it happens 75% of the time. More
