Had appointment for oil change and rotate tires. Watched them change oil but never rotated tires. I questioned service manger (Ali Abdulsattar) about the service. He challenged my observation and told me they completed the service. This is the second time they didn’t complete the service I paid for. Never will purchase or go to Elk Grove Ford again. Explained rear wiper was torn. Was told it was replaced with new. I believed this but when I got home I checked and the same torn wiper blade was there. The worst service department EVER! They had my truck at least 20 days, told me it was ready at least 6 times and there was more wrong with than what I took it in for.
