I paid 2 weeks before pickup and truck wasn't ready. Spent 2 extra hours waiting while truck went to service. Vehicle exchange went poorly. Lady couldn't find our meeting spot. Was sent home, which was 1800 miles away to Wisconsin with no paperwork and only a one day driving pass from California for a 3 day drive. Truck didn't make it home without trouble and me spending 6hrs in Wyoming getting 2 new batteries. Called Trevor, he failed to communicate with anyone at dealership. They now won't stand behind an issue that clearly left the dealership in poor working order. Not to mention the new windshield was not sealed correctly which no one will stand behind. Tried to resolve issues with management. Dave said he'd get back to me and never did. Rachael wants to sell me an additional warranty. After spending 50k on a truck I'd expect things to be sold working correctly or things be corrected. More
If I could give a minus I would. Took our truck in for a 35,000 mile service that was supposed to include checking the brakes rotating the tires. They said they could not rotate the tires because they were over torqued and the air wrench wouldn’t work. Funny we took it to Les Schwab the next day and they had no problem loosening the bolts on the tires sounds to me like a lazy mechanic, but did they give us credit for it? Oh xxxx no $715 later on oil change and a fuel filter change, I will never ever ever go back to elk Grove Ford and I don’t recommend anyone else does either More

The customer service has gone out the door.. you may have to bring your car in three or four times just to get it fixed when you have Indicator light The customer service has gone out the door.. you may have to bring your car in three or four times just to get it fixed when you have Indicator lights on… Even though they have the codes. They tell you they Can’t guarantee the problem will be fixed and blame it on the manufacturer. They are so concerned with separating themselves from the manufacturer, whose name they prominently display on their building. I don’t know what’s going on between them and Ford and I don’t care, but I am over it and my car is still not fixed. More
Misleading business practices. Ford accepted they made a defective TCM and authorized repairing it free of charge to car owner. The dealer wants me to agree to pay $200 diagnostic fee if the TCM is not defective. Ford is saying the TCM IS defective, and stated all the symptoms which my car has! Even if my TCM wasn't causing problems at this time, dealer should replace it because it has a manufacturer defect anyway! It takes a few minutes to hookup a computer to the car and read the codes... it's pathetic to charge $200 for that on something the manufacturer caused not me! More
Barely went over my service with me. Didn't tell what my front brakes were, wasn't on report. Had to get the tech. He said the were good. But the report listed a small oil leak. When they replaced the left front blinker bulb in Quick Service, they said the bulb was fused with the socket. So I went back to Randy and he added the light socket to the appointment I had scheduled. Exce Service, they said the bulb was fused with the socket. I was having electrical issues with my hybrid. I brought it in a couple times but it didn't get resolved completely. I brought in again & they looked into it further and found a T.S.B on it and no I brought it in a couple times but it didn't get resolved completely.
