I had an appointment to have my car checked at 8:15. By 10:15 I hadn't heard anything. I went to find Mike to check the status. He said he was getting an estimate together. He said he would text the estimate to me. Charged me $218 and I left with no estimate. At 3:15 I texted asking the status of the estimate as I still hadn't received any communication. He said he would have it by Monday. UNACCEPTABLE. I WANT A REFUND. More
