The service advisor that helped me was awesome. Very informative and direct. I showed up 20 min early to my appointment and he was able to get my truck in line earlier than planned. My complaint would be with the techs doing the service. For a simple tire rotation and oil change, it shouldnt take two hours. The service advisor went out 2 different times to check on status and apologized for the weight. After I got home, I noticed my truck was sitting weird so I checked the air pressure in tires and found that all 4 tires were 10psi off and the fronts were overinflated according to tire specs while the rears were 15 psi under spec. Not sure if the tech was learning or what but for the price you pay for dealing service I do expect better quality of work. More

This is my first experience with elk Grove service department. In the past, I’ve always used Folsom Ford, but after my experience with elk Grove Ford, I will never go anywhere else.. The dealer we met there was Clay, he was super friendly never pushy and very informative about the car I was interested in.
