When we started talking cars and terms, Mo was able to put me into a brand new car within my very limited budget. The whole dealership was abuzz with the great deal I got. Promises change when its time to purchase Unethical dealer. Made promises to payment, price and down payment to get me and my wife to come to the dealership 3 hours from us. We had set amounts in text from a manager that I had talked to the night before at the dealership. When we got there they couldn't do the deal at all. Wasted our time completely. We ended up purchasing the truck at a higher price because it was too far to come again. That was our foolishness. Also promised bedliner and floor mats then denied at the end. Ended without a walk around, didn't explain the vehicle or even set up my phone. Buyer beware. Promised in writing 410 payment times 84 months. ended up with 410 for 90 month at a higher rate. More

He was very kind and knowledgeable from the first time that I called in looking for my vehicle. He promised us a very good deal on AA new 2017 Dodge Ram 1500. I spoke to several other dealerships, and Herbie and this Dealership were by far the best, friendliest, most knowledgeable, and cheapest as well. Once we got to the dealership, on a very busy Saturday, Herbie had everything ready to go and had pulled out vehicle out from the back to the front before we even got there. All I ask for is the truth True regret, although the truck I purchased is a nice one, the experience really left me feeling terrible. my distrust started off with the discovery True regret, although the truck I purchased is a nice one, the experience really left me feeling terrible. my distrust started off with the discovery of a large chip in the windshield, pointed out by my first passenger, I missed it on first look because it is hidden by the rear view mirror and difficult to spot from the exterior, however during the test drive, (the salesman Matt Cowen) never bothered to point it out, when asked later he conveyed he had seen it but didn't feel it noteworthy?! I was pressured into purchasing a exterior and interior treatment, which after research proved to be garbage so since I had not had it applied yet, I was able to have the cost removed which was an adventure in BS and lies too, I was made to drive back to the dealer to sign a required document, that turns out was simply a typed in my own words request for cancelation that could have been emailed or faxed. . During the purchase process I made a comment about having gas put in the truck, the second salesman stated "of course" which when later asked about turned out to be a "I am doing you a favor" . The saving grace to the experience is that I did have the support of two non sales people who were able to assist me in other ways, these two were very kind, understanding and one even apologized for the sales experience and mistakes.
