A terrific experience in Elk Grove, Thanks to Victor Macias I started my search for a new truck on line and spent many hours investigating the models and options available. I went to Elk Grove Dodge with a lis I started my search for a new truck on line and spent many hours investigating the models and options available. I went to Elk Grove Dodge with a list of the things I wanted to see on a Ram truck and was impressed with Lasher's astounding inventory. It made it easy to see each option I was interested in. When it was determined that my “Perfect” truck, would need to be ordered I was introduced to Victor Macias, fleet manager. Victor answered every question I had about my list of options with expert knowledge and printed out the details for my dream truck. I went home to study the proposal; make sure every option was what I really wanted and check on the pricing Victor offered. Over the next week, I spoke with Victor several times to ask a few more questions and tweak a couple of options. I was confident this was the truck I wanted, but was wary to commit without actually seeing the truck. Victor said he would order the truck I wanted and if I didn't like it when it arrived, I was not obligated. Well, six weeks later the truck arrived and about 2 hours after that I drove it home. I have only good things to say about Victor Macias. He worked hard for me to get what I wanted. He is knowledgeable, honest, conscientious, and courteous.
