Happy with our purchase Initially my husband and I went to the dealership to look at a Jeep Patriot. Rich Brown greeted us when we showed up. He was very nice and helpful. He brought out a Jeep Patriot for us to test drive. While we were test driving the Patriot, we expressed to Rich that we really wanted a vehicle with a third row without the SUV price tag and gas mileage. He suggested we take a look at the Dodge Journey and let us know that there were three on sale at that time. Needless to say, the Journey is perfect for our family! We love it! All the people we worked with at the dealership were great. We had a great car buying experience and received the best customer service. Best buying experience! I am beyond impress with this dealership (Lasher Dodge Chrysler Jeep)!! Having challenged credit, I expected to be pigeon holed into into a high milag I am beyond impress with this dealership (Lasher Dodge Chrysler Jeep)!! Having challenged credit, I expected to be pigeon holed into into a high milage, old, used car but was completely blown away at how hard Justin and the team work to get me into the most amazing car I have ever had! The low pressure atmosphere was also a nice suprise. The Lasher team truly cared about my needs and worked hard to get my (what I thought to be dreams) wants!! And they succeeded!! I am like a kid at Christmas morning!! I love my brand new chrysler 200!!. I recommend this dealership to everyone! Oh and the finance people gave me an in depth look at my credit and gave me some excellent advice and made me feel like I have a real chance with reestablishing my credit and gave me some excellent tips!! I felt like I was the only customer they had and the service I received was second to none!! More
