Should have gone anywhere else I absolutely love my charger. My dealership experience was shady at best. My new car detail was a joke. I decided to purchase a few extras, paint protect ect. The sales manager, robert, told me incorrect info about the clear guard. I have yet to receive a call to schedule this work to be done. It's been 2 months. I called and was told they would be in contact with me. Again nothing. I decided to have the services done else where. Contacted the finance dept three times to have the complete amounts refunded to my finance company. I was assured it would be taken care of...Still have not received a callback. I never even received a call from my sales guy.. just a really poor experience More

Thank you It started a few years back when my wife and I Visited the lasher Subaru dealer next door and had a great experience with Mike Carlson. After that I went to Carson dodge and bought a 2012 dodge pickup. I had for a year went in to have its revived and was told the transmission had dirty oil the wimdow was off the track the brakes were glazed on the rear and the camper shell wasn't under warranty all this at 52000 miles. It was coming up on Labor Day and was time after one year to get rid f the truck. I called our friend at lasher Subaru and was introduced to our now new friend Mike at lasher Dodge. I told him what I wanted my payments to be and within about an hour we were definitely close to my request. Again your company and your staff no how to make it happen and in my experience have never settled for " I am sorry we can't ". Painless car buying EGD was awesome. It was my first time car buying and we had spent all day (literally 10 hours) at other dodge dealerships because they were closer to EGD was awesome. We came to EGD knowing exactly what we want and they delivered. From the minute we walked in to when we walked out driving our vehicle was 3hrs. It was awesome. The service was great too, Rafeek was great. Only complaint was that they did try to upsell us on warranty, down payment, but it wasn't anything that was too aggressive, just the normal stuff you get when buying a car. I will recommend this dealership to everyone and definitely will be back when my husband needs a vehicle. More
