When we arrived there we were met by JC Miller and he showed us the Jeep Wranglers that we were interested in and did a test drive. We had our dogs and they were so nice to allow our dogs with us during our buying experience. A big plus for us! It is always a long process when you buy a vehicles but they made us as comfortable as possible and it all went very smoothly. Should have gone anywhere else I absolutely love my charger. My dealership experience was shady at best. My new car detail was a joke. I decided to purchase a few extras, paint protect ect. The sales manager, robert, told me incorrect info about the clear guard. I have yet to receive a call to schedule this work to be done. It's been 2 months. I called and was told they would be in contact with me. Again nothing. I decided to have the services done else where. Contacted the finance dept three times to have the complete amounts refunded to my finance company. I was assured it would be taken care of...Still have not received a callback. I never even received a call from my sales guy.. just a really poor experience More
