Our experience with Elk Grove Dodge was just the best. We were involved in an accident and were nervous about driving too far to look at cars. Very poor customer service. During the deal I asked to purchase 3 accessories. When the deal was finalized the accessories were not in the deal and I had to pay for them out of pocket. I was promised a ce purchase 3 accessories. When the deal was finalized the accessories were not in the deal and I had to pay for them out of pocket. I was promised a certain stereo but when the truck was delivered I got the cheaper stereo. The salesman and sales manager said it was my word against their word. After weeks of trying to get the correct stereo and never getting any response I finally dropped it. They are not an upstanding car dealer. I realize most are not but they struck out on all levels. I'm just glad that Dodge as a whole built such a great truck. That's the only silver lining. Stay away from Elk Grove Dodge and the Lasher group. More
