Would never buy or sell here again. The communication of the sales team, including the sales manager is terrible. Can’t respond to calls, unrealistic time lines and the worst part was t The communication of the sales team, including the sales manager is terrible. Can’t respond to calls, unrealistic time lines and the worst part was that no one could answer my question. The installation of power steps took 1.5 weeks from the day I agreed to purchase the truck. It was not until I threatened to cancel the transaction that I got a call from the GM (within 15 min) who told me the truck was ready to get picked up. The best part of this transaction was that the GM quickly jumped in resolved the issue. I don’t understand how a sales team and sales manager can have this bad communication skills. Also, another highlight was the finance manager. He was on it. Tip for the sales team: don’t assume the sale is executed until the keys are in the consumers hands.
