Took my Ram in for fluid change and tune up. They called that same afternoon to say it was done but recommended replacing the brakes and it would take a day to get the parts I told them to go ah They called that same afternoon to say it was done but recommended replacing the brakes and it would take a day to get the parts I told them to go ahead and take care of it. 4 days later, I called at least 10 times but the service dept doesn’t answer the phone or return messages. They finally called late afternoon and said the same thing they had said 4 days ago, recommending brakes and would need to order the parts. They had done nothing. I just picked up my truck and took it to a different shop to have the brakes done. More
Possibly the worst car buying process I've been through. The car is new but received it with a scratch that has yet to be fixed sufficiently. My address was incorrect on documents even after correcting the finance manager twice (also put an incorrect email address as well on lojack registration forms). Most important of all, I received a check for the loan of the car from my bank and that has yet to be cashed. I received a letter from my bank two weeks ago saying the check couldn't be cashed because it wasn't endorsed to the elk grove cdjr, and they could call the bank to clear it and cash it. I would have endorsed it but they took the check from me and said they would take care of everything (clearly they didn't). I immediately called the finance manager and he told me the department that handles the checks is PROBABLY on top of it already, but I asked him to call them and talk to them about to make sure they are, and he assured me that he would. That was two weeks ago. I spoke with my bank today and they informed me that the check still hasn't been cashed, now I'm currently trying to speak with someone in upper management but can't get through to anyone. More
I bought a new truck on April 5 2024 and on April 8 2024 the transmission went out. I took into the dealership, and I have been checking up on it and all they keep telling me is that they are waiting on Chr the transmission went out. This is my first Dodge and I hate to say probably my last one I have bought. I have my own business and if I worked as slow as Chrysler does to make it right with my customers I would be out of business. More
Poor customer service, way over priced, lost paperwork, had to bring vehicle to another shop to reassess and document the issue. Then jeep repaired at no cost. There are extremely lack of communication which leads to inefficiency. I had eyed this 2017 BMW under a previous sales rep who just lied through his teeth just to get me at the dealership only to find out inefficiency. Fortunately that's where I interfaced with Dao who salvaged some of this bad experience and because I wanted the car, it helped having to deal with all this nonsense. More
